Classes are a challenging strength based pilates class that caters for all fitness levels.  You will perform functional pilates exercises in a fun and supportive environment

Great atmosphere with the ability to cater for individual needs

Mixed ability class. All exercises are scalable for all fitness levels.  Pilates is a low impact workout suitable for all fitness levels.  Pilates places emphasis on correct posture alignment, muscle coordination and core strength.
